That’s why we offer a comprehensive Limited Consumer Product Warranty for both the LILY P4D Controller and the Pressure Mat, ensuring that your equipment performs as expected.
What Does the Warranty Cover?
The LILY P4D warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the following components:
- LILY P4D Controller: 3 years of coverage
- Pressure Mat: 1 year of coverage
This warranty ensures that if your product has any manufacturing defects, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you during the warranty period.
What Is Not Covered?
While our warranty covers most aspects of the LILY P4D system, there are a few exceptions:
- Damage caused by improper use, modifications, or unauthorized repair.
- Normal wear and tear, transportation damage, or external factors like accidents or abuse.
- Accessories such as power adapters are not included in the warranty.

How to Obtain Warranty Service
If you believe your LILY P4D system is defective within the warranty period, follow these simple steps to get warranty service:
- Contact our Customer Service via email at Support@LilyP4D.com or call (240) 522-5889.
- You’ll receive a Defective Merchandise Authorization (DMA) number, which is required for any warranty service.
- Ship the defective product to us. We’ll handle the shipping costs to return the repaired or replaced item to you.
Limitation of Liability
Our warranty is designed to give you the best service possible, but we do have certain limitations. Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product, and we are not liable for incidental, special, or punitive damages.
